Why Pronto PK Was Started
A simple repair can become difficult when a customer has to contact several people, explain the same problem repeatedly and still remain unsure about the correct next step.
Pronto PK was created to build a more organized alternative. Instead of treating every service as a separate search, customers can explore and discuss multiple property-service requirements through one recognizable brand.
Our current focus is Karachi. Starting with one city allows us to improve the customer journey, service information and internal processes carefully before expanding further.
